fund that leverages individual contributions.

Giving Structure
Five-year cycles, with the following levels:
Platinum $5,000
Gold $2,500
Silver $1,000
Copper $500
Minimum
opening gift $50

annual gift 10%
of total
Management Strategy
Upon inception, the Gordian Fund will be managed
internally by the Directors, a board of eighteen young professionals, with an
independent investment manager and board of consulting advisors.
Grantmaking Process

members can nominate organizations in line with focus areas
á All
members review organizations in three-part process, including final grant decision
á All
members have equal voting power, and all members vote on final set of
recommendations
á Grant
budget will be $1,000 in 2008 and 50% of total assets annually thereafter
